This was a challenging brief combining a series of requests that most event activation agencies would politely decline. Managing the H&S of a live consumer event and managing stakeholders including petrol stations, traffic management and live production required detailed planning, clear communication and leadership allowing our team to focus on the PR, influencer marketing and content creation of the event.
